Position Details

• Role: Pet Care Attendant
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: $17.13 per hour
• Schedule: Afternoons, 2 pm - 6 pm.

Liberty Lake Veterinary Center is ready to hire a part-time Kennel Assistant to add to its fantastic team. We are a well-established 4 Doctor hospital that genuinely enjoys the different personalities and unique skills that our team members bring to our practice. Our Pet Care Attendants Should be Ready to

• Follow Instructions and pay attention to detail
• Work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS and be available mornings and evenings
• Maintain a Clean space and sanitize work areas- Prevent the spread of germs
• Stand/Walk outside for dog walks and scooping of yard
• Ask for help and offer help to others
• Find something to clean/do on those slow days
• Tolerate puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
• Possess the confidence to own tasks and responsibilities to deliver positive outcomes.
• Be observant of written instructions
• Medicate/Restrain Animals
• Dress for the weather
